Reservations - Friday & Saturday

Fridays and Saturdays are our peak days. To help ensure your event runs smoothly and you have the best experience, please refer to the information below.

Group Reservations: 9 Guests or More

  1. During the Festive period, a Party À la Carte Menu and Festive Set Menu will be available. Both menus can be viewed our website under the ‘Menu’ section.

  2. The Party À la Carte menu will be served for reservations with 9 guests or more.

  3. Parties must decide if they wish to dine with the Party Ala Carte or the Festive Set Menu. Please note, each reservation (the full reservation party) must select only one menu.

  4. Group Reservations require manager confirmation. Submitting a request does not guarantee confirmation.

  5. All Reservations on Fridays and Saturdays are limited to 2 hours. If you wish to extend your time, please consult our management before your reservation, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

  6. For Group Reservations, a pre-order may be required.

  7. Reservation times may need to be adjusted to better accommodate your group.

  8. A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to secure your booking. To make a payment, please call us at 01293 307395, to secure your reservation. Deposits can be made over the phone, or we can provide details for a bank transfer. The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from your final bill only if we receive at least 72 hours’ notice for any changes to guest numbers or cancellations.

90 Minute Bottomless Brunch – Saturday & Sunday

Celebrate the weekend with your loved ones by enjoying our Dem Shish 90 Minute Bottomless Brunches! 

We follow a Challenge 25 policy: alcohol will only be served to those over 18, and proof of ID is required.

 

Prosecco Brunch: 2 Course Meal & 125ml glass of Prosecco.

Cocktail Brunch: 2 Course Meal & 125ml Porn Star Martini, Mimosa, Strawberry Daiquiri, Pimm's & Lemonade, and Sex on the Beach.

 

Brunch Details:

  1. Bottomless Brunches are available Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with the last reservation at 3:00 PM.

  2. Bottomless Brunches are 90-minutes. This begins at the start of your reservation time. Please note that late arrivals will not have their time extended.

  3. Jugs of tap water are available upon request.

  4. The price for the Bottomless Brunch is per person, and drinks cannot be shared.

  5. All drinks will be served via table service; no bottles will be left on the tables.

  6. Drinks cannot be exchanged for other beverages; additional drinks will incur extra charges.

  7. Only one drink per person is allowed at any time.

  8. Glasses will only be topped up or replaced when empty.

  9. A maximum of one drink is permitted every 15 minutes.

  10. Last drink orders must be placed 15 minutes before the end of your sitting.

  11. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any participant at any time without prior notice.

  12. Management reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.

Ticketed Events

  1. Tickets are non-refundable. Should the event be cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

  2. All attendees regardless of age, must hold a valid, paid ticket.

  3. Please carefully review your tickets upon receipt, as errors cannot be corrected, tickets cannot be exchanged, and refunds will not be issued.

  4. Dem Shish operates the Challenge 25 Policy. Alcohol will only be served to those over 18, and proof of ID is required.

  5. Event Age Policy: Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult and are required to leave the premises by 11:30pm in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.

  6. No amendments can be made to the advertised set menu.

  7. To avoid any delays, we kindly ask that all parties be seated at their designated ticket times. Please note that dining service may be delayed if tables are not occupied at the scheduled times.

  8. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and request any ticket holder to leave the premises at any time. If a ticket holder appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, acts aggressively, or is found carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, admission will be denied.
